Sign Up.

  • Decide which plan works for you.

  • Complete the signup form.

  • Enter your Basecamp account info
    (if you're a Basecamp user).

Set Up.

  • If you're a Basecamp user, Tiki grabs your Companies, Projects and People.

  • If you're not, Tiki lets you set them up in a jiffy.

Use It.

  • Create and assign tickets for tasks.

  • Track the who, what, when, where, and how of each ticket.

  • Log time to Basecamp (if you're a Basecamp user, of course) and post Comments from within a ticket.
